Ishaya is a fully qualified General Practitioner on the Specialist Register of the Irish Medical Council. In addition to his General Practice qualification, Ishaya holds a Professional Diploma in Dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians Ireland which he completed shortly after obtaining a Certificate in Practical Dermatology from the Irish College of General Practitioners. Ishaya also holds a Diploma in Musculoskeletal and Sports injury management from the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine and the Irish College of General Practitioners.
Prior to his vocational General Practice training, Ishaya gained hands on Minor Surgical experience while he worked alongside senior colleagues in various hospital sites across Ireland. He continued to develop his interest and skills in minor surgery while in general practice training by undertaking surgical skill courses and workshops, attending professional conferences locally and internationally while carrying out dedicated minor surgery clinics. He is a member of the Primary Care Surgical Association as well as the Primary Care Dermatology Society of Ireland.
Having worked as a GP over the past few years, Ishaya understands the need for efficient and accessible services. In this light, the mission of Naya Skin and Surgery Clinic is to deliver a high-quality service tailored to the unique needs of every patient.
